Terms of Service

Effective September 2, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of Projx, a collaborative workspace for projects, tasks, notes, comments, files, and links. By using Projx, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and access

You must be authorized by a Projx administrator or project owner and able to enter into these Terms. Access may be limited by project, Space, or assigned role. You are responsible for activity performed through your Google account and must keep that account secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Projx. In particular, you must not:

Your content

You retain responsibility for content you submit to Projx. You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to upload and share that content. You authorize Projx to store, process, display, and transmit your content as necessary to provide the service to you and other authorized project members.

Project administration

Project owners and administrators control membership, roles, Space access, and project content. Their actions may include editing or deleting content, removing access, or deleting a project. Resolve project-level access and content questions with the applicable project owner or administrator.

Third-party services

Projx uses Google for authentication and may contain links to third-party websites or services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Availability and changes

Projx may be changed, suspended, or discontinued, and features may be added or removed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. When practical, reasonable efforts will be made to avoid unnecessary disruption.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated when necessary to protect Projx or its users, address misuse, comply with law, or carry out an administrator's access decision. You may stop using Projx at any time.

Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, Projx is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. You are responsible for maintaining any independent copies of content that you cannot afford to lose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the operators of Projx will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Projx changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
