Privacy Policy

Projx is a collaborative workspace for organizing projects, tasks, notes, comments, files, and links. This policy explains the information Projx processes and the choices available to its users.

Information we collect

• Google account information: when you sign in with Google, Projx receives your Google account identifier, verified email address, display name, and profile picture.
• Workspace content: information you and other authorized users add to Projx, including projects, Spaces, tasks, notes, comments, uploaded files, links, assignments, and invitations.
• Account and access records: project membership, roles, invitations, sign-in sessions, and related security records.
• Technical information: limited server logs and request information used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users, provide project collaboration features, enforce access permissions, maintain security, troubleshoot problems, and improve the reliability of Projx. Projx requests only the Google identity scopes needed for sign-in: openid, email, and profile.

Cookies and sessions

Projx uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in and a security token to protect state-changing requests. These are necessary for the service to function and are not used for advertising.

Sharing and disclosure

Projx does not sell personal information. Information may be visible to other authorized members of the projects and Spaces in which you participate. We may also disclose information to infrastructure providers that help operate the service, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users, the service, or others.

Data retention

Account records and workspace content are retained while needed to operate Projx and maintain the projects in which you participate. Project owners may remove members or delete projects and their associated content. Some limited records may be retained when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, backups, or dispute resolution.

Your choices

You may sign out at any time and can revoke Projx access from your Google Account. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with your Projx account, contact the administrator who provided your access or use the support contact shown on the Projx Google authorization screen.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS connections, access controls, secure session cookies, and role-based project permissions. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Children

Projx is intended for project collaboration and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Projx changes. The effective date at the top of this page will identify the latest version.
